I'm a curious life learner and have been interested in the creative potential of people for as long as I can remember. I've worked as a facilitator of individuals and groups for more than 25 years, and as a developer and leader of innovative leadership programs, both locally and internationally. I'm passionate about my work as a coach, both in the professional and personal realms. I've also had the privilege of training and working with Byron Katie, founder of The Work.

I work globally with leaders, performers, coaches, facilitators, change makers, entrepreneurs, parents and anyone who is wanting to shift stuck patterns, open space for more possibility, and engage more fully and effectively in their life and work.

I am a mother of two amazing teenagers and feel lucky to live with my family on Bowen Island (near Vancouver, BC) where I base my international coaching and facilitation business.

I am also an enthusiastic soccer player, a black belt martial artist and small veggie garden tender.  I dabble in improv theatre (because there is nothing quite like a good laugh!), and I love walking, ocean swimming, dancing and a good film.

I'm so grateful to travel the world doing the work that I love and that keeps me learning, as I support others to do their best work and live life fully.

Beyond the limits of our own beliefs, there is a field of possibility.
