Getting Unstuck - Transforming Limiting Beliefs (Omaha, Nebraska)

  • Riverview Lodge, Mahoney State Park Omaha, Nebraska (map)

LOCATION: Riverview Lodge, Mahoney State Park, Omaha NE
DATES: March 19th and 20th, 2016

With Caitlin Frost, Certified Coach and Facilitator of The Work.

  • What beliefs keep you stuck in your life, relationships and work?

  • What fears keep you from wise, decisive action?

  • What thoughts limit your happiness and peace?

We can spend our whole lives trying to change other people and the world, thinking things should be different than they are and living out of beliefs that we have never stopped to really question for ourselves.

The Work is a simple yet powerful self-inquiry tool for working directly with your own thinking and limiting beliefs in the places you get stuck and experience stress. As a practice it enables you to access more possibility thinking and valuable insights in challenging situations, resolve conflict, think and act with more clarity, and shift underlying limiting patterns in your life, relationships and work.

This retreat is for women and men who want to take the time to find more clarity and shift patterns that are causing stress and limiting you in you life and work. Join us for a powerful and transformative weekend.

I don’t let go of my thoughts, I meet them with understanding and they let go of me.
— Byron Katie

About Caitlin and The Work

Caitlin Frost is a Certified Facilitator of the Work of Byron Katie, leadership trainer and coach. She works internationally supporting individuals, teams and organizations who want to shift limiting patterns, live and work together more peacefully and creatively and open space for more possibility in their lives and work. She is a partner in Harvest Moon Consultants Ltd and lives on Bowen Island, BC, Canada with her family.

Of all of the personal and professional development opportunities I’ve had, “The Work” has been one of the most beneficial. We all experience stress in our lives. The Work has helped me learn how to operate from a place of personal strength, rather than from a place of stress. It is my go-to process for challenging situations where I want to show up with clarity and openness.
— Emily Blodgett, Director of Organizational Development, Omaha, NE

The Work with Caitlin Frost is a deeply transformational process that creates amazing results! I unpacked a constellation of interrelated limiting beliefs and deeply held behavioral patterns that were showing up in my personal and professional life. As a result of Caitlin’s beautiful support, I am boldly pursuing my calling with a sense of clarity and ease. Already my world is shifting because I no longer get in my own way. I highly recommend Caitlin and The Work to individuals and groups who are ready to let go of the limiting beliefs that are keeping them from actualizing their potential.
— Christina Foster, Foster What Matters Facilitation, Chicago IL

For me, The Work has been transformative, in every dimension of my life (personal, relationships, work). Caitlin is incredibly gifted in this practice and an amazing coach to help us find our way to all that is waiting for us just below the surface of our thoughts. I’ve loved being introduced to the Work with her and would love to spend many weekends with her!
— Teresa Posakony, Organizational Consultant and Process Facilitator, Seattle WA

“I have been working with Caitlin for several years and count her as one of my dearest friends. She truly is an angel and the impact of The Work and the work I have done with her has been life changing. I have found a new capacity for open hearted wisdom and peace that I bring to my personal and professional life and will be forever grateful for the transformation.”
— Nancy Pridal, Sr Vice President, Omaha, NB
